Customers and service providers can permanently delete their account and personal data here.
বাংলা: Google Play-এর জন্য এই পেজ প্রয়োজন। নিচে মোবাইল নম্বর ও পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে confirm করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সঙ্গে সঙ্গে মুছে যাবে। অ্যাপে: Menu → Delete account (customer) বা My profile → Delete account (provider)।
What gets deleted
- Your name, mobile number, password, gender and profile photo
- Saved addresses, location and PIN code, and provider live location
- Provider profile: services, work area, availability and uploaded documents
- Notifications and push-notification tokens
- Photos you uploaded for jobs
What is kept (anonymised)
- Past job and rating records that the other customer or provider also relies on. Your name, phone number and address are removed from them. They are kept for record-keeping, fraud prevention and legal reasons.
Deletion happens immediately and can't be undone. You can register again later with the same mobile number as a new account.
